I believe that humans are given the right to have babies too freely. I believe that we should be licenced and tested before we're allowed to reproduce. So many kids are being abandoned, neglected, and abused because our society makes it where anyone can pop out kids and even encourages and pressures people to have kids. We have to earn licences for every other thing so we should require Reproduction Licences as well. IIN?
That is mare than a bit extreme with the forced abortions and the government taking people's kids away. That sounds a lot like fascism. Not everybody lives by the same standards. So where do you set the bar? Perhaps you could offer tax incentives for those who pass a parenting class. Really, isn't the government involved enough in people's personal lives? When two grown people of the same gender can't marry each other and you go to jail for smoking pot? Do we really need them to do everything for us? Can't people be responsible for their own lives? How about this... if you are convicted of harming a child in anyway, we just kill you. That sounds like a better plan to me. I am all for killing people that deserve to be dead.
I dislike the thought of society or government having the right to choose whether or not people may have kids. I think the first line in the OP sounds unsympathetic. Humans are born with reproductive abilities, it is not an invention or service of the state or government.
Do what you can to help those in need instead.
