Do you really feel that your life is that nightmarish? If so, I suggest seeing a therapist. Of course, at some point it occurs to everyone that maybe life is just a dream, a nightmare, etc., but its just kind of a passing thought, nothing more. At least for me. But have you asked yourself this: Does it really matter either way? "Life" is only a word, so is "nightmare." You get to define those words. If you want them to mean the same thing, so be it. But while you're here (wherever here is) why not enjoy it to its fullest?
Is it normal that I believe my life is a nightmare?
