If a child displays traits of being transgenger then yes that's fine but if not it would be wrong not to deprive a child of embracing their sexualality, If you want everyone to shave off all their hair and wear one piece jumpsuits so peoples sexulality is undetermined and everyone's the same and no one get's offended then yes it's a good idea.
