Why don't we all dress our male children in dresses and force them to play with dolls? And all the little girls in jeans and a tank top (wife beater) and get them lots of toy vehicles and guns to play with?
An intelligent parent will allow their children the freedom to choose their rolls and do nothing to influence those choices. Offering support, love and many choices to a child is as much, in this area, as a parent should do.
Your obvious bias here is as harmful to a child as the traditional attitudes are, so before you conceive, perhaps you should examine your parental attributes.
