I really don't see how your mouth is a more intimate place than your vagina.
Do you think that way because you find giving a blow job degrading, or something along those lines? Because most men (not all) don't want to treat a woman they care for in a degrading manner during sex (unless it's consensual thing). Giving and receiving oral sex is about pleasure and enjoying each other's bodies.
