Is it normal that i beat myself in the shower?

I get these very wierd urges and get mad atmyself in the shower and start to hit myself untill i almost get knocked out. What is wrong with me?

    Probably be a good idea to resist hitting yourself until the urge passes.

    It sounds as though you have some deep frustrations, it would be useful to find out where that stems from.
