Usual it just takes time. But you also need to be prepared for her not to change her mind about you. My family hates my fiance, they think he is a good guy, but not right for me. And so far only one member of my family has warmed up to the idea of us being married.
So I know the pressure that is probably being put on your relationship is hard, but later on when they won't be around constantly things will get easier. Try and keep that in mind.
