    I understand what you are going through, its pretty awkward with my girfriends family ( we are lesbians too;) and her parents are veryyy religious her dad is the bishop.lol anyways sometimes I have to start a conversation and the awkwardness goes away..when ur alone try asking them something or say something funny lol
