Having said that, you need to get moving girl. When he looks at you, look back at him and smile.
Talk to him when you get a chance. He doesn't have to start the conversation first.
Don't think about whether he finds you desperate or not. Do you think that he is desperate because he looks at you? NO.
Make sure that this does not go to waste, it isn't worth it.
