Seen this suggestion before, it turns out social services (in america) tend to match the kid racially to the parents when they can.
From what I've heard it would be damn near impossible for him to achieve this... unless he used his Caucasian wife for leverage. But still a tough case.
Is it normal that I as a black man want to raise white children?
