Sit ups and crunches put strain on the back, and they don't do much of the waist. I would suggest butterfly kicks. They're like bicycle kicks, but harder. I do them 2 inches off the floor D: It pulls in the stomach, a problem that most women have.
Is it normal that i am very fit but unable to do sit ups?
