Sit ups and crunches can do more damage than good.
They push the abdominal wall OUT. Good abs are already there, the way to get them is to not eat too much junk so there is no fat covering them.
Urg...what a joke. "good abs are already there?" Yes...your abs are hidden beneath a layer of fat, but if you have no core strength then you need to do some sort of strength training to make them strong. Wow.
I bet you're a trainer too. Too bad.
Is it normal that i am very fit but unable to do sit ups?
