I'm going with anal fissure, as well. I don't practice anal, but I have the same symptoms and pain. Ask your doctor to give you a prescription for some Proctozone or something like it.
I hate to tell you, but fissures aren't easy to heal unless you put a lot of effort into treating them. Good luck.
