It's somewhat normal but perhaps you are reliving the childhood you didn't get to revel in growing up. Some adults prefer cute over contemporary, or modern. I chose Lavender and pastels with stuffed animals I'd brought from home in my first place. Then I went through this Asian royalty phase and everything was ruby gold or rich jades now its rustic leathers, dark woods and brass.you may change, but if not you are fine. I never grew out of watching cartoons or video games and neither did my dad who still watches to this day...
