Thats good!!!! =) im happy for u. id also suggust trying to eat more balanced meals, and/or some with little or no meat.
My dad went vegitarian, i.m only like half vegiratian. i still eat meat, but there are mant fulfilling meals that use little to no meat. vegiterians eat more then just salads all day, and many of the meals are quite good.
I think western culture eat too much meat in there diet. meat used to be a treat before when i took so long and hard to raise the animals, no they are full of growth hormones and stuff, it can't hurt to eat a little less i think. That said, i do love me a good steak, but try to mix the meat with taste mushrooms and pepper with a small salad maybe.
One of the veggie friendly meals i came up with that only takes like 10 15 min to prep and cook is my stir fry pierogies. I buy some frozen pierogies and fry them in a wok with a lil oil (olive or peanut) and some peppers, potabellos mushrooms, snow peas, and whatever else i have the seem to be good and add some color to it. Tomatos, onions, etc. they cook for about 10-15 mins on a med heat. IDK i like it.
IIN that I am skinny everywhere but my stomach looks like i'm pregnant
