Is it normal that i am scared s***less of getting rabies?

hello, i am scared to death of rabies, it all started when i had this dream that one of my friends had rabies and it was just so scary and it changed me as person. I am now scared to death of catching rabies, i know that rabies cases are rare in canada and usa but i always keep thinking what if i catch it all the time. If i get a headache i think OMG i got rabies and i cant let dogs lick me cause im scared they might have rabies. Please help!

    Vaccines against rabies exist. Just get vaccinated and you won't have to worry ever again (I think you must take it in multiple turns)

    I was scared hell when I went on holiday to Turkey, because I know rabies exists there. I think if you're on holiday and thinking this, it's normal. But if you're in a non-rabid country, then it's not normal

    well its definitly not normal but dont be so scared cuz im pretty sure you can tell if your dog has rabbis or not. And isnt there a cure for the early stages of it?
