I can kind of understand what you're going thru, and I believe I have a very good idea. try substituting a bikram yoga class for your workout some time. it's awesome exercise, 90 minutes long in a hot room, VERY challenging and awesome. i'm suggesting this bcuz along with the exercise, it kind of penetrates your 'vibe'. which I think is what u could be lacking. you're posting this apparently bcuz you're 2nd guessing yourself bcuz deep down u feel something is out of place. just try it, and i'll guarantee you'll be glad u did!
