i don't believe your cat is acting out for attention. and although she has adjusted to the house, i think this may likely be attributed to the change in environment.
speaking from experience, my cat used to do all the things you are describing. it was an outlet of unused energy.
now, i don't know your living situation. but if you have moved to a smaller place, where your cat isn't getting sufficient space or exercise, this could be the problem.
how my cat stopped these undesirable behaviors was unexpected. one day, he figured out how to use the dog door. i never wanted him to be an outside cat, but it has been great for his health and behavior. he has room to roam, exercise, and play. he gets time alone and away from me. he is like a different cat.
you may want to try taking her out for strolls with you, or playing with her and exercising her more indoors. you may notice a change!
