If you feel like you would act on your feelings, definitely seek help, do a deep research to find actual help and persons who care about the safety of kids, also care about you and how horrible you must feel, it's more common than you might think, people just don't talk about it, because it's uncomfortable and looked upon worse than anything, pray, meditate or try make yourself a better person inside, so you would never hurt an innocent being.
