Girls that young haven't gone through puberty and so don't have secondary sexual characteristics (aka a mature female body). Why would you be attracted to a female with no tits or ass or hips or feminine body at all?
It's not a question of why, he just does and has no control over his feelings, if someone could figure out the solution, it would be one of the greatest discoveries ever, the good hearted ones, must feel incredibly bad, i wouldn't wish those feeling on anyone, pray for strength and solutions. By the way i am not attracted by kids or same sex, am blessed, i would risk my life to protect a child, my awareness of what goes on in the world hurts me deeply and angers me so much, i have no compassion for evil beings.

feet have no sexual value, but people are attracted to them. if only we knew about what made people attracted to different things.
