I always use wet ones---and wash my crack when i shower---I like being clean so that seems to fulfill the need---I just soap up my hand and wash my crack i do not put sopa in my crack---then bend over and let the shower rinse me clean of soap as i bend over---I would assume most guys do the same----How else would you keep your butt crack clean???

Nothing wrong with wanting to be clean, but sticking a bar of soap up your ass is probably not safe. Use wipes after a #2 so you're not going into the shower dirty and then, in the shower, use a wash cloth with a good lather going and insert that instead.
