let me tell you something , there's no religion in the whole world can tell you that it is okay to mutilate any person in this way . In Islam it's forbidden to do any harm to a living creature even if it is a plant unless he did the same thing to you and if so you have to do it by law and in a merciful way.Islam made "hijab" so men won't turn on by looking at women and the other things you mentioned in your comment. I'm not telling you that no muslim did that but i'm gonna tell you that people who are not educated are the ones who do this all the time so it's not about any religion . By the way I'm not any strict about religion but i was trying to make something clear :D
