Hi, my name is Hannan and i am actually cery worried about myself, i am 24 years old and never masturbated nor had sex. I think i have a phobia or something but really i do want to experience masturbation but when i try to my legs feel weak and i get sweaty and stuff. I lose my erection and come back to zero. I've had a long distance relationshop but never saw her nude. I want to feel the pleasure but i am afraid. What can i do? I have been to brooks for help but all they say is free your mind etc and that shit doesnt help me? Anyadvice please?

    Did you grow up in a household where sex was considered shameful in some way?

    Are you using decent lube when you're masturbating? Any sort of lotion works. It shouldn't be intimidating; just keep stroking your penis at a pace that feels comfortable and just keep going and you should be able to come pretty easily.

      I did not try any lube but i think i will get one today.. yes in my family sex word was never mentioned in front of us (we are theee brothers but they turned out okay.. i just become so nervous that it gets hard for me to breathe
