Ok, take about steps back and breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
I've been in your situation. 2 years ago I had a crazy incident with roomates, the semester after that I was assaulted. Made me go kind of crazy, there were a lot of memories I'd pushed into oblivion and never touched, and that year just opened up the floodgates to everything I'd never dealt with because it had been too much..
I did poorly in school that year. The year after I ended up dropping all my classes and wasn't even enrolled last semester.
It seems like a lot to recover from, but start tugging on those bootstraps. I'm still unemployed, but I've moved to a better place, I'm back in school part time now and working on the job situation. The thing you've gotta remember is things have been shit for a while, you've gotta be patient and take small steps. Look around on craigslist for a roomate, talk to friends, find a place to stay. If you can get at least part time employment see if you can apply for state housing, since they base it off your income. Start applying for schools, maybe try a community college. Do you have health insurance through your family? Seeing a counselor could help you both with your depression and give you advice to get you back on track.
Don't rush things, celebrate your small victories and above all just relax. Being independant can be a scary thing, but everyone has to do it at some point. When you start getting overly stressed, stop and take a breath and ask yourself "is it really that bad?" and "what can I do to fix this?". Don't let that laundry upset you, you make it suck your dick.
Is it normal that I am a total FUCKING loser?!
