    Well it's the judgemental's problem when they have cold knees...

    Never had OTK socks myself, just ones that go up to right below my knees...

        Eh just don't do it too often out in public, or else you may be called any number of uncomfortable things

          I know! It's terrible that people dislike it when guys wear "girls" stuff, because girls can wear "boys" things and they can do it! Why can't we guys wear otk socks without getting judged? It's also normal in japan
