I'm also 22. I never intend to drive. I deal with post-traumatic stress after being in a car accident. I don't even like being a passenger. It's manageable, though. A lot of people tell me I'll change my mind one day or that "you can't live without your license", but my mother has a couple friends who have never driven and I've talked with them about it. I'm not concerned. Your situation is different, though. You have interest in it, and I think you'll get past your difficulty with the testing with the support of people around you. Good luck!
