Is it normal that i always stick to the bad influence people

Some of us just like the excitement and attention from being around these types of people. I know cause I did the exact same thing. Trust me get away and get away quickly . It will only cause you grief and problems and jail time. It took me until I was 30 years old to figure it out and that was after countless arrests and jail time. Give it up now cause that criminal record is yours for life.

Sounds like a young teen, just make some limits and dont cross them, otherwise you will regret it later.

You're young and you like the 'excitement'. When you grow up you won't want to live on a rollercoaster of emotions and will move on from these people. Try to stay out of trouble until then.
