Is it normal that i always recall my phone conversations?

I've noticed that after a phone conversation I will always repeat to myself what me and the other person said. It gets pretty annoying. I don't have the faintest idea why I'm doing this. Are other people the same?

    i have a tendency to repeat what the other person said and then it snow balls and then i start getting paranoid! aaaaah!!!

    No, it isn't normal when you use normal defined as something that is common. It is not a bad thing either. I can recall every conversation that I have ever had with only specific people.

    Whenever I do text people, which is rare, I usually do recall the conversation in my head.
