Is it normal that i always pick the skin off my lip?

Sometimes i'll just be sitting doing nothing but then my hand automatically goes to my mouth and i'll start picking the skin off my lips, I feel bad but I just can't help it

    I don't do that, but I bite the skin off my inner lips all the time.

    I do this too!

    That feeling of pure joy when you peel of a piece of skin is amazing.

    I do it too on occasion. I'm more cautious about doing it with my hands as dirt and other unsavoury properties can be found underneath the nails. It's better to try to bite the skin of with your teeth.

    I use my teeth and hands, I've even been known to rip off and chew the skin

    yeah sometimes I use my teeth but ive been getting better about not doing it I use Eos lipbalm it works really well and it doesn't feel heavy on your lips and its just awesome :D
