I used to be like this. 100 percent the same!! It's not a healthy relationship. You are definitely better off seeking a counselor, or someone supportive to help you through your anxiety in this relationship, because what you are experiencing is not healthy, nor is it good for the relationship. It sounds like you are dependent on him, and using him as a security blanket for your anxiety - exactly what I used to do with my ex. However, we did break up, I did lose him due to my problems, and after seeing a therapist, changing my lifestyle situations and getting on medication etc, I'm feeling much more grounded these days. Discuss with a professional the best solution for you, but I think this needs to be fixed.
