  • Okay. I disagree with your doctor on the b12, I take about 6000% with me preworkout but other than that sounds good. I'm not sure that amino acid pills are any good if your already consuming a lot of protein but whatever. Did you start or change your exercise prescription at all during this time?

    • I didnt exercise prior to this. I was working every day and was too tired for a regimen. This is what got me from ground zero to being able to actually create a workout regimen.

Can you tell me your bodyweight, height and BMI? I think your problem may be more due to your exercise regimen than nutrition and caloric intake.

      • I see. Manual labor job, that will do it. Glad you got healthier my dude!

My problem? What problem? I am 6'4" 249 right now, BMI isn't very accurate for me because I have a lot of muscle mass. I've got ripped abs right now and a super fast metabolism. To gain weight at a good clip I consumed 10 to 11 thousand calories a day. Right now I'm doing about 8.5k. That's with working about about 25 hours a week intense weight training.

I can tolerate more of certain things if that's what your referring to. I take 600mg of caffeine before some workouts and that would kill some people probably.
