I used to have "brain fog" due to a poor diet and was misdiagnosed with adhd. When I started eating right and taking vitamins my symptoms went completely away in about a month.
Take 2 centrums every day and eat a well balanced diet and see if it helps. Drink lots of water. Good luck and if you want to converse about this please pm me.
It was horrible. Mtn dew and candy bars for lunch, no breakfast, and ramen noodles for supper. The only real calories I got were from sugars and empty calories from beer. It was the dark age of my health.
I started taking 3 centrums a day and that increased my appetite, so I went with it and started eating healthy, well balanced meals and supplements. Not only could I focus better but I actually looked better and more handsome.
Yeah diet will make you look better. It's interesting that you had to eat more to better your health but as counterintuitive as that sounds, that's what some people need to do. What supplements did/do you take? I'm on like 20 things right now, always looking for ideas. Vitamin D,C,b12, some omega 3's?
I was taking 6000% the daily intake of b12 and doctor said to stop immediately cuz b12 is toxic in higher levels and would cause liver damage, so I stopped that and regained my under eye circles, so I started b12 again but this time in 1333% of daily intake and I looked great and felt great. I took probiotics and took a pill that had 1 billion microbes for colon health and this helped digest the protein (whey) i was taking. I also doubled up on amino acid pills, not to mention the vitamins like vitamin e.
Okay. I disagree with your doctor on the b12, I take about 6000% with me preworkout but other than that sounds good. I'm not sure that amino acid pills are any good if your already consuming a lot of protein but whatever. Did you start or change your exercise prescription at all during this time?
I didnt exercise prior to this. I was working every day and was too tired for a regimen. This is what got me from ground zero to being able to actually create a workout regimen.
Can you tell me your bodyweight, height and BMI? I think your problem may be more due to your exercise regimen than nutrition and caloric intake.
IIN that I always feel so stuffy and muggy?
