Is it normal that I always feel like there's someone watching me?

I used to be like that all the time. I promise no one is watching you. And if I was ever watching you like that, I'd feel such a connection with you if you did something weird, or even socially unacceptable. You can talk to me if you want, i can tell you stuff i do thats abnormal and maybe youll feel better? idk
