Weird flex.. Ronnie Coleman "genetics" consists of large amounts of several steroids. Dude is actually short. I dont think he had super genetics I think he had super work ethic.
Dont assume everyone wants to look like a powerlifter or train to be massive. I think looking really muscular looks goofy like a cartoon character. And once you get too muscular it actually hurts your athletic performance. Ronnie Coleman would get destroyed in a boxing ring by a 147lb fighter. Even if he trained boxing for years.
Ronnie Coleman looks like an idiot. 99% of men would not choose to look like that even if they could press a button
False! Actually Ronnie took far less than most pros nowadays. There is diminishing returns with roids anyways.
To say he didn't have super extremely amazing genetics is just silly. Work ethic is needed to reach your maximum muscularity but 99.9999% of people's max potential is smaller than Ronnie's.
You think these smaller bodybuilders work that much less hard? Would Arnold Schwarzenegger have been 50 lean pounds bigger if he trained as hard as ronnie? Because their supplement use was very similar.
Ronnie Coleman was the hardest training bodybuilder ever. Thats why hes in a wheelchair and his spine is destroyed at a young age. i know about Ronnie. His trainimg was legendary.
You know about Ronnie but not about bodybuilding or the physiology involved in muscle building. You can't just always train harder and get more results there is a natural limit to the amount of muscle your frame can hold.
Then you need to remember that Ronnie wasn't even the biggest ever, just the best. Big Ramy's stage weight right now is a staggering 310 pounds, about 15 more pounds than Ronne Coleman in his prime. Did he train harder than Ronnie?
Are their giant hgh guts part of their genetics too? Yes, I believe when it comes to steroids being pumped into their bodies giving them 20x the testosterone and growth hormone as a normal human the genetics go out the window. At that point i believe its an even playing field and its all about the work ethic.
I've always ran into people working out that preach the genetic excuse. They run to steroids. I usually have great gains because I outwork everyone else. Ive noticed myself that whether it comes to cardio, muscle, or weight loss, the harder you work the more you get
Also building muscle is the easiest part of working out. Cardio and weight loss is much harder. You can get a great pump without even sweating. Doing cardio you come close to death you feel. Lifting weights and getting strong is the easy part of being a good athlete. If muscle was sooo important you'd see all the athletes look like bodybuilders. But no one wastes their time. That shits easy bro. Go do some cardio.
is it normal that I always fantasise to sniff and eat a girl ass?
