Yeah 45 minutes of running then another 10 minutes of shadow boxing. I work hard when I workout. I usually do full body everyday with weights. Im sore 24/7 but I took a day off this weekend and I felt like I was shot out of a cannon with energy. Once I allow my body to heal I feel great. But my goal was to make a crazy transformation in 30 days then chill out abit but I I've been feeling so good I feel like I might do it longer. I go to a 24/7 gym and im the only one there at night. Ill sit on my phone inbetween lifts. Its tight
Yeah man there's no reason you need to stop after 30 days.
If anything, that highlights the problem I have with short term goals like that. It's a finite amount of time and so then once it's over people's motivation tanks.
Like one of my clients before he started working with me was all hardcore really wanted to deadlift 315 before spring break and so I gave him a few pointer and upped the volume and he worked hard and smashed his goal. Sounds great and inspiring but yet now over a year later, he can barely pull 405 and all his other lifts are shit. Quit caring about his diet, trains way less and ignores weak areas and everything. I was planning to work with him and get back on track this year but corona had other plans :(
A short term blast of progress is one thing but getting really damn good takes consistent effort for years, not weeks. The goal isn't to make an impressive amount of progress for a certain time frame. The goal is not to be good for only lifting a short amount of time, the goal is to good, period.
Yeah you arent wrong about that one. I can see that 100%. I plan on staying in shape afterwards but I want to make a little intense training camp. Once I get to where I want to be ill just try to maintain I dont want to get too big or anything. I just wanna be ripped and have good cardio again.
Naw im gonna get to the level i want and then try to maintain. I dont wanna look like the hulk i just wanna look strong w good cardio. Just all around better athletic performance. Like a football player or somethin
Weird flex.. Ronnie Coleman "genetics" consists of large amounts of several steroids. Dude is actually short. I dont think he had super genetics I think he had super work ethic.
Dont assume everyone wants to look like a powerlifter or train to be massive. I think looking really muscular looks goofy like a cartoon character. And once you get too muscular it actually hurts your athletic performance. Ronnie Coleman would get destroyed in a boxing ring by a 147lb fighter. Even if he trained boxing for years.
Ronnie Coleman looks like an idiot. 99% of men would not choose to look like that even if they could press a button
is it normal that I always fantasise to sniff and eat a girl ass?
