Besides that eating carbs in the evening and not burning those calories will lead to your body to store them as fat so I suggest being on the safe side unless you know that you will have an activity that would need you to have glucose available for your muscles to operate on. I look at all my meals as what I am going to get from them it's fuel n you don't put 85 octane in a Ferrari

Want results? Exercise? Cut Carbs? Duh. Totally works.
No carbs after 2? There's no evidence that is necessary.
Agree totally about "no refined sugars at all"
Protein is utterly vital! Yes. Fat, too, very good for the body's hormone functions.
