Is it possible that that IS who you are, but you are too afraid to show it irl? You kind of contradicted yourself at the end saying that you should stay away from the internet where people's views conflict with yours. Are they your views or are they pretend views? BTW I don't think withdrawing into video games is the answer. Maybe just try to express yourself differently?
