Yeah, you kinda have to be willing to communicate for things like therapy to work. Have you ever talked to your doctor about your anxiety? Maybe there are some medications that can help you to feel less anxious, and make it easier for you to talk about, and work on your issues.
Also, I personally have gotten some relief with with natural herbal supplements like Valerian root for anxiety and insomnia as well as melatonin for insomnia. Kava Kava can help with relaxation as well. Maybe you could do a Google search on natural ways to deal with anxiety.
Thanks for that but I don’t like getting any medication. I get scared to swallow. My therapist recommended me some reliefs one time. The ones that melts in your mouth. I was gonna take them but then I read the side effects and changed my mind. The side effects were blurry vision, dizziness, drowsiness or fatigue, dry mouth, feeling agitated or restless, gaining weight, headaches, nausea, sexual problems or erectile, dysfunction, sleep problems, an upset stomach. This is why I don’t like taking pills. Also the fact that I gotta take it everyday. I perder just living my life like this. What’s the point anyway? I’m going to have to live my life with this indecisiveness too. Whatever.
Is it normal that I’m so indecisive?

Most likely the anxiety may have something to do with the indecisiveness. Have you ever sought help for your mental health issues?

I did but the hard part is talking about it. If I wasn’t gonna talk about it, why bother going? So I stopped but thanks for that information doe.
