If you're a woman, it's perfectly normal. If you're a man it's not.
When a woman holds her pee in, her bladder expands in order to cope with the increased urine being stored. This causes the bladder walls to push against her lower abdomen, which is where her g spot is located.
The pressure on the g spot can be stimulating. When that same woman lets her pee go, her bladder (which was hard up against her g spot) starts shrinking again which can also be arousing.
Men shouldn't experience any arousal whatsoever from this as the male g spot is located up the rear end, not in the lower abdomen. It's also a really dangerous thing to do too often as it can damage your kidneys.
Is it normal that holding my pee in feels good?
