It really isn't, this is what he told me. I'm not sure how him making this up to me would benefit anyone.
If you're female, there's no way you wouldn't find this creepy and inappropriate.
If you're male, and even slightly aware of anything outside yourself, you should know this is inappropriate and creepy.
I would also say that if you're female there is no way that wouldn't realise this story is utter bollocks.
Perhaps OP is a horny teenage boy who doesn't understand how periods work.
