You can get them in a drug store with no prescription. If you google Morning After Pill CVS, you will come up with a bunch. They also call it "plan B" ... that is an actual brand name of the pill. If you are pregnant, it will end it.
That's not how Plan B works. It prevents implantation. If you're already pregnant, it doesn't work. Three weeks after sex is not even close to the window of usage.
If you're going to give "advice", actually know what you're talking about.
