Review how you change your behaviour towards them, or have a friend tell you honestly(and don't be pissed).
Most likely, the moment you believe a guy likes you and you "realize" you like them too, you start acting differently towards them.
Also make sure you don't mistake a "friendly liking and slight sexual interest" for "wishing for a commited long-term relationship". With friends, sometimes there's a certain atmosphere with a bit of flirting etc., but that does not mean anybody is up for something serious. Mistaking such situations may have a reverse effect.
