Is it normal that guys always whistle at me?
OKay. I DO NOT want to in any way seem full of myself, or on the other hand not confident. However, this has been bothering me.
I am 19 and only about 5'1", average weight. Recently, i have been getting many remarks from guys. I get whistled at, asked for my number, winked at, nodded at..etc... mostly in cars and traffic. I know that is pretty normal but i have NEVER gotten that before...and i dont necessarily like it too much. Attention feels nice, but in such a dirty way...im just not a fan. They treat me as if i was some kinda sl*t. Example: I was on a stop light and my window was down when some guy (youngish) called me and when i turned around to see who it was, from the car right next to me he winked and asked "Hey, wanna come on over to my place?" I was SHOCKED. no one ever said anything like that to me before. I just dont seem like an-easy kinda girl to myself. but if i come off as that, i want to know so i can change. I dress normally, nothing too revealing, however i try and look good. I am 19 and recently have gone from dirty blonde to lighter blonde...so im thinking it might be the hair color responsible for such a change...i have no clue. Any ideas of why these sudden remarks appear now more than usual?
