Is it normal that girls have sex with guys so they will be accepted?

I was just thinking about something I wanted to ask.
I have several friends who are girls who have sex with all my friends, even though I've never done anything sexual with them.

I'm not trying to complain like some guys who think they are entitled to sex, but I do honestly wonder why and thought something today that makes sense.

I wonder if they have sex with these guys so that they will accept them. If that were so it would make sense why I'm not getting laid because I am usually very accepting of people and I'm sure the girls know I will be their friend whether they have sex with me or not.

I don't want to sound arrogant but I do think I'm good looking and have a great personality, am popular, talented, funny and friendly. I have never quite understood why I have a hard time having any type of sexual relations but it would make sense if this is why.

I often feel like feel like I am the gay best friend even though I am not gay.

    Are girls allowed to just fuck someone if they want to? Is that a possibility anyone on this site is willing to consider? If you want to fuck someone, find someone you want to fuck, put in the effort of making it clear to them you want to fuck them (dont be a weirdo about it), if they agree, fuck them, Then become their friend. If you make it clear from the beginning that you want to fuck them I dont think you'll be having this problem. Some people just want to have a friend without worrying about sex or romantic emotions and it sounds like you're allowing yourself to be that friend.

      No matter what society tells you most will do it for acceptance. Screw society. It creates a lions den and suck us all in leading to problems with life aka unwanted babie at 16 or lost virginity...

      I agree people should be able to do what they want.

      Honestly I do care about being friends first. I don't want a relationship and am not usually attracted to girls until I've been friends with them for a while and get to know their personality.
      It may seem weird but I'm more attracted to personality than looks.

      I will say I miss sex and physical contact but I value friendship even more.

    Those girls would have to be incredibly insecure to think they won't be accepted unless they have sex, or those guys would have to be utter assholes to refuse to accept someone as a friend unless they have sex. It's not really friendship if you have to pay for it with sex.

    You might be onto something in that being friendly in a non-flirty way probably isn't the most effective way to make anyone want to have sex with you. However, knowing how to be friendly and flirty is a much less manipulative and much less arrogant way to be having sex than holding your friendship at ransom.

    This has been going on for years where girls do it to be accepted. The funny thing is that a lot of these promiscuous women marry successfully and live good lives. Go figure!

    It's possible the girls might THINK you're gay. Let them know you're not. I just realized that the last comment I wrote was more for a girl than for you. Sorry! Hang in there. I have no doubt you'll get laid soon. And don't believe that other comment on here where someone wrote that good guys don't get laid. The right kind of girls love a good guy! Don't believe all the stories you hear about women falling for bad ass losers. Sure it happens but those women are too stupid to know a real man when they meet one. Stay the good guy you are. You will be a winner. Bad guys end up in jail.

    A girl should never have to have sex with a guy in order to be "accepted" by him. First of all, most guys only ACT like they accept you once you sleep with them. But would they ever marry you? A serious question you need to ask yourself. You most likely are nothing more than a play thing. Most guys never take a girl seriously if she has sex with him after only knowing him for a short while. Look at it this way, if he TRULY cares about you, then it won't matter to him if the girl says no. He can wait because he knows you're worth waiting for. And don't ever be jealous of the hot chick he found who screws him all the time. He is not truly in love with her and most likely will never marry her. I disagree with PETERR. Promiscuous women do not marry successfully. I think what really happens is that they are no longer a slut once they meet the man of their dreams. And the guy doesn't have a clue.

    It's possible you're so nice girls assume you aren't interested in them - sad but true. I'm by no means suggesting that you become a chauvinist pig to get laid, but letting the nice-guy thing slip just a little might make you more approachable - as backwards as that sounds.
