There are two instances of this; the normal instance is that the people are geting compliments from their friends and loved ones because they think the fat person in the picture looks good. I wish this were the only type of instance.
The second instance is creepy and needs to be stopped. It's when peoplke want to feel good about themselves so they lie and tell their fat fugly friend how good they look.
