I totally believe that you're "Happier" or whatever, but my only questions is how would you know? When comparing two things such as these, you really would have to experience both. You said you don't have a Facebook, so how would you know that you're happier than if you did have a Facebook? It's too late to experiment now, as you'd probably go in with the mindset that Facebook sucks, therefore, you wouldn't enjoy it because you're not letting yourself enjoy it.
Is it normal that facebook makes me depressed?
