As Shrunk said, probably a haemorrhoid or anal fissure (tearing), nothing to be too worried about. Both typically heal by themselves. Try and eat a diet with plenty of fibre and drink lots of water, and try and go regularly - this will help reduce the strain on your bum when you poo and therefore decrease the likelihood of tearing.
