Is it normal that everytime i do something, i end up regretting it?
I always regret alot of stuff after I do it, not bad stuff but like small things like stuff I should of said or what would of happened if I said something else.

Yes it's normal. If we didn't regret anything in life then we wouldn't know how to improve ourselves, our quality of life or how to learn from our mistakes. If someone ever tells you 'they have no regrets' then they are bullshitting you. Regretting is healthy, as long as you don't dwell on it too long.
Making decisions is hard sometimes when you don't always know the best way to handle something. I find myself regretting a lot of things that I do too. I figured out that I'm very scared of change and that's why I feel uneasy after making big decisions. You're scared that if you make the wrong one something bad may come of it, impacting your life in a negative way. Maybe it's the same for you?
Yeah its normal. Regret is a horrible spider that sometimes you cant help it creeping onto you. Just smack it off. The regret critter isn't a nice fella. There shouldn't be a place for regret, it'll make you miss out since you'll be too busy regreting. Come shake it off!! It'll always try to crawl back in, dont let it!
