You guys are definitely going to have an amazing relationship, but no one can guarentee it will last forever, which I'm sure you'll both be okay with and won't be mean to each other if you break up. The thing is though, you're friendship will probably never be the same. I think that should be the biggest thing holding you back. If he's not one of your best friends and you know you'd be okay with things never getting back to normal after a breakup, then date him! but really think hard about that, because honestly no matter how much two people are madly inlove theres no telling how compatible they'll be in a long term relationship. don't ever think that a break up isn't possible
