Is it normal that everyone is opposed to synthetic dreads?

I've decided to get synthetic dreads. They're basically extensions, except in dread form. Everyone thinks they'll look terrible because I look awfully caucasiany.

I feel like the only person in the suburb who is alright with them.. Anyone else love them?

    I think you should have to put the work in if you wanna sport dreads. That's just me. No respect for synthetic dreads

    My friend had those, her hair wasn't long so she liked those. It looks pretty down.. But do whatever you want who cares what people think.

    Here in Poland some pople have it,. and their are nto Black, so it's OK.

    Ugh, synthetic dreads are cool. I'm all for you getting them, if you'd be comfortable with them don't worry what others would think!

    not normal.
    put the work in and get some real dreads stop being a poser.
